Technology & Platform
UAP — UBIQUITOUS AVATAR PLATFORM

The foundation wherebody data circulates.

Securely managing body data with Web3 technology, bridging all body-related services with a single ID. The core platform connecting various applications such as try-on, measurement, and body shape analysis.

CONCEPT

In the traditional digital economy represented by GAFA, personal data has been accumulated and monopolized by service providers (companies). However, the "millimeter-level 3D body data" and "vital data" handled by VRC are the ultimate personal information (sensitive data). Distributing this through conventional mechanisms is impossible from a privacy perspective.

VRC has developed "UAP," a proprietary data management and integration platform incorporating Web3 concepts. Equipped with patented technology, it ensures no company can access the data without the explicit consent of the end-user, while allowing users to seamlessly and securely connect their data to cross-industry services like apparel, fitness, entertainment, and tourism whenever they desire.

Platform Overview

Layer 2 of the 3-Tier Architecture — The core foundation connecting input (Capturing) and output (Service).

FOR USERS (C)

A "personal safe" that securely stores end-user data. Data ownership always belongs to the user, and it is never accessed without consent.

FOR PARTNERS (B)

An "API Hub" for partner companies to enhance their own services using user data. They can utilize only the personalized results without receiving the raw data.

MANAGED DATA

3D Spatial Data (Mesh)

The body's 3D shape, dimensional size, posture, regional volume, etc.

Visual Data (Texture)

Color information of the face, hair, skin tone, and clothing worn.

Multimodal Data

Healthcare indicators such as weight, body fat percentage, and body surface temperature maps (planned for expansion).

Key Features

The 4 core features of UAP

FEATURE A

Privacy by Design

Patented Secure Data Integration

A proprietary data format and management methodology leveraging blockchain technology to balance "security" with "diverse service integration."

In traditional systems, raw human body data had to be transferred to third-party servers for personalized services. However, UAP establishes a scheme where "personalized service results can be utilized without handing over raw data to third-party companies," fundamentally blocking the risk of information leakage.

FEATURE B

Cross-Industry Ecosystem

Mutual Utilization Across Industries

The UAP ID is not bound to a specific brand or industry. It enables the repeated use of data across different sectors.

"Data acquired via Company A's (apparel store) scanner" can be used in "Company B's (fitness club) app" to verify results, and then deployed at "Company C (entertainment facility)" as your own 3D avatar appearing in a game. This generates a massive LTV (Customer Lifetime Value) unattainable by a single service and fosters a mutual customer-referral ecosystem among partners.

FEATURE C

Time-Series Data Management

Chronological Tracking

Rather than a one-time data save, it comprehensively manages data from the past to the present in chronological order.

It records and compares how a user's body shape has changed due to aging or training as a continuous "line" rather than isolated "dots." This strongly drives continued use (retention) by facilitating aspects like the "timing for replacement purchases" in apparel or "visualizing results" in fitness.

FEATURE D

Comprehensive B2B Management

Partner Management Functions

In addition to API provision, we offer comprehensive management tools such as asset management and BI (statistical analysis) tools.

We provide settings and management for usage rights (usage period, region, Metaverse usage restrictions, etc.) of 3D content and AR goods offered to end-users. Additionally, by automatically analyzing overall usage trends while eliminating personal identification, we supply feedback data for product demand forecasting and service improvement.

User & Partner Flow

The technical flow for partner companies to provide services to end-users via UAP

Example: Apparel brand Company XYZ providing a service to End-user A

01

System Integration

Integration

Integrate VRC's API/SDK into Company XYZ's existing proprietary app (or EC site).

02

ID Integration

ID Binding

The end-user logs into Company XYZ's app and executes "UAP Integration." Company XYZ's member ID and the UAP ID are securely linked.

03

Consent Request

Consent Request

The moment the user attempts to use the function, UAP requests explicit consent (opt-in).

04

Data Processing & Delivery

Processing & Delivery

Following consent, the data is processed on VRC's cloud. Instead of raw data, only the "optimal size" or "synthesized try-on image" is delivered to the partner app via API.

LIMITATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

To incorporate UAP's powerful features into your business, partner companies must understand the following prerequisites.

API/SDK Integration Development is Required

While UAP provides completed SaaS functionalities, delivering them within the partner company's unique brand universe (proprietary app or site) requires a certain degree of system development (API calling and UI construction) on the partner's end.

UX Design to Obtain "Consent" is Essential

Due to our strict adherence to Privacy by Design, analyzing or utilizing data on the backend without end-user consent is systematically impossible. Partner companies must clearly present the "benefits of data integration" to the user and design a UX that encourages them to willingly press the consent button.

Understanding Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) of Data

The acquired body data belongs neither to VRC nor the partner company; it belongs entirely to the end-user. If a user executes an "integration disconnect" on the UAP, service operations must be conducted under the "rule of data sovereignty," acknowledging that services utilizing that user's latest body data can no longer be provided.
